How onboarding works

New clients call 727-349-5739 and press 2 to reach Sarah, the AI onboarding agent at Get Built Fast. Sarah asks one question at a time and reads back names, web addresses, hours and phone numbers to confirm them. She covers:

• The business, what it does and the main goal for the website
• Services, which one to feature and whether to show prices
• Location, service area, hours and contact details
• The web address and any current website
• The five pages and what goes on each one
• Logo, colors, photos and the style the owner wants

When the call ends, Sarah emails Get Built Fast a summary, a site brief and the full transcript. The AI build team works from that brief to make the site, and Mike Slatton checks the result before it goes live.

The test conversation

This sample did not start with a phone call. An AI played the owner, “Dana Ruiz,” in a simulated conversation with Sarah. Dana described a family-owned pressure washing business in Clearwater, Florida, that does roof soft washing, residential and commercial pressure washing, and driveway and paver sealing.

Sarah captured 16 of the 25 items on her brief. They included:

• Main goal: collect quote requests
• Featured service: roof soft washing, with free estimates and no prices on the site
• Pages: Home, About, Services, Our Work and Contact
• Story: Dana and Marco started the business in 2015
• Service area: Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Palm Harbor and Safety Harbor
• Hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Colors: navy and bright green
• Quote form: name, address, phone number and the service needed

The test ended before Sarah finished her questions. Photos, reviews, social media and style were not covered, so the site shows “Photo coming soon” boxes where job photos would go.

The brief and transcript went out in the same email Sarah sends after a real call. That email arrived at 12:12 p.m. EDT Oct. 7, 2026.

What was built

Dash, an AI build agent on the Get Built Fast team, built the site from the brief. A five-page preview was live at 12:57 p.m. the same day, 45 minutes after Sarah’s email arrived. Mike Slatton approved it as a demo site, and it went live at ruizpressurewashing.com that afternoon.

• Home: roof soft washing as the featured service, the other services, the service area, hours and a free quote form
• About: the family story from the brief, plus the service area
• Services: all four services, each with a free estimate and no prices
• Our Work: spaces for before-and-after photos
• Contact: phone, hours, service area and the quote form

Mike supplied the logo and the driveway photo at the top of the homepage. The photo is a general pressure washing photo, not a Ruiz job. The rest of the photo spaces are placeholders.

A few things are set up differently because this is a demo. The phone number on the site is the Get Built Fast line. Quote requests from the form go to Get Built Fast, not to a business. Every page says “Demo site built by Get Built Fast,” and the site tells search engines not to list it.

What the sample shows

This sample follows the same steps a real client goes through: a conversation with Sarah, a written brief and a five-page site built from that brief. For a real client, that conversation is one phone call. Their site uses their own phone number, email, photos and reviews, and a review round is included before launch.
