Get Built Fast, a Pro Level Gear company, builds websites and apps for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. "We," "us" and "our" mean Get Built Fast.

What we collect

• What you send us on our forms. Your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you tell us about your business or project.
• Email requests. If you ask us to email you how a $500 custom site works, we collect your email address. Sarah, our AI onboarding assistant, sends you that one email, and Mike Slatton gets a note that you asked for it. This does not add you to a mailing list.
• Onboarding details. Your answers during your onboarding call or on our onboarding form, plus any photos, logos, text or other files you email us.
• Phone calls. When you call (727) 349-5739, our AI phone assistants answer. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. A transcript and summary of each call are emailed to Mike Slatton, who runs Get Built Fast.
• Payments. Stripe processes your payment when you pay us. We never see or store your full card number.
• How you use our website. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, how they found us and whether they tap to call or send a form. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
• Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them. Turnstile may look at technical details from your browser and device for that check. We also use your IP address to limit repeat form submissions.
